Mental Wellness Support Group for Business Owners

What it is

Running a small business through the Covid-19 pandemic has been a challenging experience for many.  This support group is for owners of small to medium sized businesses hard hit by the pandemic to connect with other business owners and learn skills in a supportive environment. Attending a group can help foster a sense of connection, validation and knowingness that you are not alone in your struggles.

This group takes an open approach where the conversation and topics covered will be primarily participant lead. Participants will bring up in the group what they wish to discuss, and they may use this group to “vent”, share their struggles, and/or process out loud their own experience with receiving support from their peers. A facilitator will be present to guide the discussion and offer skills as they see fit, however, this group is all about allowing the participants voices and concerns to be heard. Some of the topics of the group could include struggles at work, mindfulness, stressors, or things that are going well - whatever one wants to talk about will be put on the table!

Open to residents of Ontario, 18+.
