Layla Care is excited to bring together community practitioners and stakeholders in the RTW space for a day of learning and information-sharing with a focus on the mental health impacts of injury/illness and the various practitioners and systemic supports that are needed for a sustainable RTW. We believe that this field remains overly-fragmented despite its inherently interdisciplinary nature and are hoping that bringing different people and organizations together is one small step in improving client care.
This Summit is for physical and mental health clinicians, rehab consultants, employers, academics, and anyone else interested in learning more about RTW and innovating in the RTW field.
