Bob Chuckman is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist who works with individuals and families struggling with trauma, stress and addictions. His approach is grounded in being a genuine listener. He has worked with occupational stress, individuals and families facing chemical and other forms of addictions, interpersonal problems and people struggling with emotion regulation. He has also worked with veterans, military personnel and first responders.
He has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), gender-based programming, and yoga for mental health.
