Catherine is a Registered Psychotherapist with decades of experience working with psychotherapy. Starting her career as a dance therapist, she has since trained and practiced within a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, including extensive training in various schools of body psychology such as somatic therapy. Dedicatedly client-driven in her approach, she can bring in therapeutic techniques and approaches that are uniquely tailored to each client's needs. Based on her varied experiences, she can work with a wide array of clients and concerns, including coupes, trauma suriviors, and the differently-abled.
