Chelsea supports clients move from feeling stuck,overwhelmed, or powerless to feeling more connected, engaged and authentic.With a passion for working with all people wanting to move towards wellness, she strives to provide an atmosphere where clients feel welcomed, heard, and valued in each session.
Chelsea’s experience includes working in both private and non-profit environments. Chelsea completed a BA from Concordia University in Human Relations, an HBSW from Lakehead University and my MSW from Wilfrid Laurier as well as numerous additional professional trainings. Her approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Mondays from 5pm-9pm
