Emily works with clients to rediscover and deepen a sense of safety and vitality in their bodies, their choices and their relationships. She specializes in helping folks with feelings of low self-worth, isolation, shame, dissociation, depression/ anxiety and symptoms of unresolved trauma.
She holds an M.Ed in Psychology from University of Toronto, and was clinically trained at Women’s College Trauma Therapy Program. She practices from an anti-oppressive, inclusion-focused and client-centered framework. Emily works with you at your pace, setting goals collaboratively.
