Hayley specializes in supporting individuals experiencing challenges including: anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol misuse, and navigating life transitions. She is also skilled in system navigation, and can help clients determine what health and other social services might be the best fit for their needs.
Hayley's education includes a Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto, and Bachelors of Social Work from McGill University. She draws on training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness approaches to meet clients unique needs.
Hayley is queer identified, and offers services online and in person.
