Janelle Campbell is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist who works with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, trauma, work related issues, relationship challenges, and stress. While specializing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Janelle also draws from other methods including Schema Therapy which expands on CBT treatments and concepts. These methods are intended allow you to manage your reaction to your emotions and face challenges by gaining coping skills, techniques, and clarity surrounding your daily challenges. Her past experience includes serving as CBT Therapists at the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences and in other roles in the community.
