Josh Song is a Toronto psychotherapist who works with individuals of all backgrounds, life stages, and cultures. Through a trauma-informed approach, he helps clients working through and managing depression, anxiety, anger management, stress, emotional difficulties, family and relationship issues, guilt, distress tolerance, faith and spirituality, and other areas. He also offers specialized counselling for men experiencing various difficulties.
Josh is Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and am a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists, and Psychotherapists (OACCPP). He has also received professional training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). His approach is grounded in using evidence-based cognitive and experiential psychotherapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused therapy (EFT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Focusing. He received my graduate degree in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale Seminary.
