Josh Song is a Toronto psychotherapist who works with individuals of all backgrounds, life stages, and cultures. Through a trauma-informed approach, he helps clients working through and managing depression, anxiety, anger management, stress, emotional difficulties, family and relationship issues, guilt, distress tolerance, faith and spirituality, and other areas.
Josh is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and has received professional training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). His approach is grounded in using evidence-based cognitive and experiential psychotherapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Focusing. He received his graduate degree in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale Seminary.
