Katherine is an experienced mental health provider who in her private practice sees individuals, couples and families who struggle with abroad range of challenges and life situations. She has helped clients struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, trauma including PTSD, relationship issues, life transitions, loss, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder(OCD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Developmental Disabilities.
Katherine brings more than 35 years of experience working in the social service and developmental sectors. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and an undergraduate degree in Disability Studies. In addition, she has completed dedicated training in Couple and Family Therapy, Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR), Life Stress Reduction (LSR), Craving Change, Prepare and Enrich Pre-Marital Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, and most recently an intensive Sex Therapy program.
