"Good therapy is a result of integrating scientifically-informed, evidence-based practices with the art of really seeing a person in their life story and hearing what they need when they are in the depths of their pain. I understand the need to process difficult feelings while also benefiting from practical solutions to better cope with life changes. In working with me, you can expect that I will value creating a safe space in therapy, so that you can do the self-exploration you need to regain a sense of peace and joy in your life."
