Lindsay is a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Yoga Teacher. With over 10 years of yoga and meditation practice and several years of clinical counselling and teaching experience, she offers a blend of Western and Eastern healing modalities in my therapeutic work.

“I believe in healing the whole person, including body, mind, and spirit and work with clients in a way that is holistic, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. As a therapist, I collaborate with clients and provide non-judgemental and unwavering support. I aim to foster resiliency, growth, acceptance and self-compassion in clients, and provide support in connecting them to their own innate sense of wholeness and well-being.”
