Lise has worked in the mental health field for over 18 years in various capacities, including a psychiatric hospital for 5 years. She is registered with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and is a Certified Canadian Counselor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She earned a Bachelors degree (Honors) in Psychology and a master's degree in Psychology from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois.
Lise specializes in working with Adults experiencing difficulties with substance abuse, addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues. She has training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Informed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.
