Lou-Anne Gribbon is a Registered Psychotherapist who works with people struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, lack of focus, suicidal ideations, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship and interpersonal struggles, transitions through difficult life events, or a lack of meaning or direction in life. Lou-Anne provides a safe, non-judgmental approach to every clients’ circumstance.
"Our feelings are there to guide us, not rule us. Many people have never been taught how to manage their feelings. I help clients recognize, label, and sit with their feelings without judgement to practice positive healthy self-care. This helps people become unstuck and move forward with higher awareness and self-compassion to be their best selves. I feel it is an honor to work with individuals, and couples to date, and look forward to helping existing and new clients."
