“There are times when life can be very stressful and you are just not coping. Life can throw so much at you in a short period of time and the same things you usually do to feel better are just not lifting you out of the rut the way they once did!

I can actively support you to facilitate meaningful change in your life by teaching you skills that will improve your ability to recognize negative patterns. Furthermore this will help shift your thinking towards activities and patterns which will foster self-confidence.  I will get to know you on a personal level to ensure that the goals you want to work towards are specifically based on your values”
