Mark is a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years experience helping individuals, couples and families through a wide variety is issues and problems including depression, anxiety, addiction, family of origin, stress, trauma, parenting concerns and more. Mark has had additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Addiction, The Gottman Institute on Relationship Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. His personal therapy style is one that helps individuals, couples and families feel safe and comfortable without judgment. Mark likes to use setting reasonable and obtainable goals to help people achieve their healthy outcomes.
