Meghan King
Psychotherapist, RP

Meghan is a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in psychodynamic psychotherapy and somatically oriented approaches. With solid grounding in mindfulness training, Meghan helps her clients find more intimacy with their own emotions.  This “bottom-up” approach helps bring understanding to the unconscious forces in our lives and emotions in our bodies to create a responsive approach to life as opposed to a reactive one. Meghan has been a full member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario for 5 years and has spent over 20 years in the mental health field helping clients deal with anxiety, depression, life transitions and stress.

“I offer a safe place to decompress.  From there we can work together to embody the reactive process, to access our authentic voice and find growth in places long unattended, neglected or misunderstood.”
