Melissa has a passion for helping people achieve true and lasting changes in their lives and considers it a privilege when her clients allow her to walk alongside them on their personal journey towards health and happiness. She has helped many individuals struggling with a variety of mental health challenges. She specializes in eating disorders and body image issues, and strategies for handling stress in healthy ways. Melissa brings her compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach into her work to help her clients empower themselves and take action. Her rich personal journey has included highs and lows of life and believes this adds to her ability to understand and help others. Melissa’s holistic approach to practice draws on her training in a wide range of therapeutic modalities to help individuals gain awareness of the connections between their mind, body, and spirit, so they can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and work towards greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-acceptance.
