Mira is a Registered Social Worker who specializes in working with young adults and millennials who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression and life transitions. Having worked within mental health at various post-secondary institutions, Mira also has unique insight into supporting post-secondary students. Her practice is guided by an anti-oppressive and feminist framework.
