Saretta Herman
MSW, Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

I know it can be difficult to reach out for support and it's important to find a therapist who's a good fit. I work best with people looking for support with anxiety, relationship-based issues, Depression, and the many related life-issues that cause/come along with feeling anxious, disconnected, or down. Most of my work has been with young adults, adults, and adolescents. I have extensive experience using cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and narrative therapy along with complimentary techniques (ex. motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy).

With a strong foundation in technique, it's really important to me to be able to tailor my treatment to my clients' specific needs and goals. This means treatment with me can range from structured and skills-based to more exploratory and introspective.

My biggest goal is to make you feel comfortable, connected, and supported in order to gain what you're looking for from treatment. Please feel free to get in touch with me with any questions to try and figure out if we might be a good fit to work together!
