Tara is a compassionate, supportive and collaborative therapist that offers both short term or long term therapy depending on client needs. Her areas of specialty include trauma, sexuality and sex, anxiety, depression, self esteem, stress, relationship issues and life adjustments/transitions. She has successfully helped clients become more confident in their bodies, emotionally stronger and healthier overall in their lives.
Tara earned a Masters in Social Work from the University of Toronto. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy as well as mindfulness practices. She collaborates with her clients to find the best possible modality for their needs and her practice is rooted in inclusiveness and accessibility.
