Vera is a Registered Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience supporting young adults and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life changes (breakups, loss, grief, caregiver burnout), and the daunting task of "figuring it all out." She has experience working in mental health and social service settings. She uses an eclectic approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods to meet each client's unique goals and needs. She practices from an anti-oppressive and traum-informed lens. Vera also offers sessions in Cantonese (廣東話).
