For many Canadians this means spending extended periods of time with those we live with (i.e. roommates, partners or immediate family members).

In a recent video interview Saretta Herman, registered social worker and Clinical Lead at Layla, spoke with Lumino Health, an innovation from Sunlife, about navigating personal boundaries and relationships during the quarantine period.
