We focus on interpersonal connection

We understand the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance between you and your therapist. We believe that it serves as the foundation for positive change and lasting healing.

Our matching process takes several factors into account, including:
- your therapeutic needs
- intervention/modality preferences
- Interpersonal style preferences
- your specific needs around language, culture, and life experiences.

By fostering a strong connection between you and your therapist, we lay the groundwork for meaningful and transformative change.
Our intake survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. After, you will be able to book your free consultation call with a Layla Care Coordinator.
