Layla Platform Updates
We're committed to making your transition as smooth as possible. This page contains everything you need to know about the migration process, including how to access your account, find client information, get technical support, and understand how client data will be transferred and managed.
Logging on & using the platform
Now that you’re on board, you should receive an email approximately 24-48 hours before we migrate your profile. This email will prompt you to log in with your username and password. When you log into the platform, please start by navigating to [where in the platform]. From there, you’ll be able to access the user guide, which provides a step-by-step overview of the core platform features, including how to get started and your primary workflows.

If your clients are experiencing technical difficulties, you can share the same step-by-step details that are listed above. All technical support inquiries are managed through our dedicated support team, whether it's for clients or therapists.
While our team will make every effort to ensure that your sessions are not disrupted, if you have an issue accessing your session, please reach out to Layla via our techsupport email channel techsupport@layla.care.

Health Information Custodian - Therapists: At Layla - therapists are the Health Information Custodians for all health information gathered and documented where the client was interacting with the therapist (i.e. consultations, therapist phone calls, emails with the therapist, session notes).
Health Information Agent - Layla: In order to migrate client data from one platform to another, Layla is acting as the Health Information Agent. This means therapists are providing permission for Layla to safely transfer information from one platform to another. If you have any questions about this, you can reach out to us.
Health Information Custodian - Layla: Layla is the Health Information Custodian for any information that is directly exchanged between Layla and the client (i.e. intake note, emails with the Care Coordination team).
