Navigating mental health, with the support you need
We can support:
- ADHD (strategies to manage)
- Anxiety (incl. panic, GAD, and social)
- Emotion regulation (Including feeling easily irritated or reactive)
- Depression, sadness, or low mood
- Family conflict
- Life transitions/uncertainty
- Grief and Loss
- Parenting
- Pre or post-natal challenges
- Relationship challenges
- Self-esteem
- Self-exploration
- Sexual or gender identity
- Stress/burnout
- Work or school issues
Note on Trauma: Trauma and difficult past experiences can have a real impact on how you feel and cope day to day, and we take that seriously. In this program, we can support you with the ways those experiences may be affecting you now, as long as trauma is not the main reason you are seeking care. The best fit is when your main focus is something like anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship stress, work or school challenges, or a life transition, and trauma is part of the broader context.
If your main goal right now is to process trauma or you are looking for trauma focused therapy as the primary focus of care, this program is not the right level of support. In that case, we can help you find a more specialized option that better matches your needs.

No, you don’t need a formal referral or diagnosis from another provider. We are happy to assist anyone with their unique challenges and goals.
Our services are not covered by OHIP/AHCIP/MSP/MSI, but most extended health plans cover some of the professional designations registered to conduct therapy. Each plan is unique. If you’re planning on using your extended health benefits, we highly recommend you check your coverage in advance of the call so that we can connect you to the right provider.
Here’s what to look for: In your benefits booklet, insurance portal, or when you speak to an insurance representative specifically look for coverage for either
- Registered Social Workers
- Registered Psychotherapists (RP) or Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT)
- Psychologists
If you need our help in checking benefits, please let us know on the phone and we’ll gladly do what we can.
