I am a clinical and school psychologist with over seven years of experience assessing mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD. Currently licensed in Ontario and Nova Scotia, I work with children, adolescents, and adults, striving to foster connection and create a safe, supportive space. My approach is centred on understanding each individual's lived experience to build a plan for the future and alleviate challenges collaboratively.
