Audra holds a Masters of Social Work from the University of Calgary and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is a Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers. Since 2013, Audra has worked in the areas of mental health and clinical social work. Her experience working within the provincial health care system has taught her to view the challenges people face from a holistic perspective. Her areas of focus have been working with adults experiencing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, phobias, borderline personality disorder, transitions, relationship issues, loss and grief, and learning to adopt more effective habits and coping in life. Her approach is based in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). She focuses on trauma work through the use of accelerated resolution therapy (ART).
