Nael brings almost 20 years of experience building web-based products for marketing, retail, healthcare and finance organizations. Most recently as the VP of Engineering at Shutterstock he led the product and engineering team to build a platform that connects global creatives to international brands to create on-demand visual content at scale. At Layla, Nael is working on scaling our product to help Canadians connect with the right mental health support and empower Canadians to take control of their mental health. Nael is an avid photography student and has also been organizing various events in the Toronto tech community for the last 10 years.
