Simran is passionate about mental health and helping people access the support they need in a way that feels safe and inclusive. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Western University and holds a certificate in Digital Communications, giving her a unique blend of clinical knowledge and communication skills. Sim recently completed a post-graduate certificate in Mental Health and Addictions and gained hands-on experience at CAMH through workshops and clinical shadowing. With experience in care coordination and client support, she brings a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to guiding people through their mental health journeys. Outside of work, Sim enjoys crocheting, painting, and discovering new films, hobbies that keep her creative and balanced.
