All our therapists are experienced in their focus areas and are registered mental health providers in Ontario. They draw on evidence based treatment methods including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based, trauma-focused, psychodynamic, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
We use client feedback to ensure we are working with high quality therapists. We also use feedback to continuously improve our matching process.
