Tara Farahani is a Registered Social Worker and Consultant based in unceded Treaty 6 territory (Edmonton, Alberta). Over the past decade, she has worked as a therapist, researcher, community arts facilitator, and frontline staff in the social sector with a focus on trauma, mental health, community arts, racial identity, intersectionality, gender-based violence, cyber-sexual violence, queerness and accessibility. Presently she offers individual psychotherapy, group workshops and consulting virtually through her private practice.
