Pricing

All assessments are priced at $1350, with any additional services discussed upfront. Covered by most benefit plans, our licensed providers are often covered by your insurance. Not sure about your coverage? Our team can help.

Occasionally additional evaluation may be required and the extra cost would be discussed before proceeding. This may include: longer interview time, more testing, longer report, deeper review of history.
