Kavya has over 8 years of experience working with startups & SMEs across growth strategies and investment. Most recently, Kavya led the end to end launch and implementation of a program for the UAE government to support entrepreneurs in setting up and scaling their business in the region. Prior to this, she worked at a venture capital fund in the Middle East focussing on investments in tech enabled companies and hands on support on strategic initiatives for scale & growth. She started her career as a management consultant focussed on business transformation and performance improvement at PwC. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge in the UK. Outside of work, Kavya enjoys scuba diving and hiking and is a Korean skincare enthusiast.
