Nadia has over ten years of experience in both the healthcare and human services industries. She obtained her social work diploma through Mount Royal University in Calgary and completed her social work degree through the University of Victoria. Prior to completing her social work education, Nadia worked in the healthcare field in pediatrics and geriatrics. She has continued her work in the human service industry working with individuals and families by connecting them to community resources and supports. Nadia has also worked in a crisis nursery supporting at risk families and children, as well as working with children and adolescents as a community mental health worker. In her free time, Nadia enjoys cooking, spending time with loved ones and exploring the mountains.
