Peter is a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker who works with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, stress, low self esteem, trauma and PTSD. Peter feels that a comfortable rapport is essential in order for therapy to be beneficial. Peter completed his Master's in Mental Health Counselling from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York. Over the years, Peter has completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). Peter’s twelve years of experience derives from working with psychiatric and dual diagnosed individuals.

At times, life can be difficult. One can be caught off guard when we are thrown with that unexpected curve ball.
