Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals facing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and other challenges. She supports clients in changing how they relate to themselves and their experiences; modifying unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving; increasing their understanding of their emotions; and acting in line with their values.She helps people tap into their inner resources and develop new ones. She has extensive experience working with adults age 17-75 with a variety of difficulties.
