Nicholas specializes in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and stress. His approach to therapy is holistic, striving to take into consideration all aspects of an individual's life.
Nicholas holds an Honors degree in Psychology and a Masters of Social Work, specializing in mental health from the University of Toronto. He is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has specialized training in Mindfulness Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and CBT for Insomnia.
