"There are times we may feel that we are losing hope lacking resilience, overwhelmed by our feelings, or unsure which step to take next. It can take courage to reach out for help and open up to another person. My role as a social worker and psychotherapist is to meet you where you are and guide you through this process. Together, we can process challenging emotions, build up your coping skills, or address difficult thoughts in a supportive and client-directed conversation."
